Are your products truly preservative-free?
Yes, absolutely. We use zero artificial preservatives, colours, or additives of any kind. Our products are naturally preserved using traditional methods — salt, oil, sun-drying, and slow cooking — the same way our grandmothers made them. Every ingredient is listed on the label transparently.
How spicy are your products?

What oil do you use in your pickles?
We use cold-pressed gingelly oil (sesame oil) exclusively in our pickles and thokku. It's the traditional choice for South Indian preserves — naturally antioxidant-rich, flavourful, and long-lasting without refrigeration.
Are your products suitable for vegans?
Yes! All our products are 100% plant-based. We use no dairy, eggs, or animal-derived ingredients. Our production area is also nut-free, though we do use sesame (gingelly) oil and seeds in some products — please check individual product descriptions if you have sesame allergies.
How long do your pickles last?
Our oil-based pickles last up to 12 months when stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Thokku and wet pastes last 4–6 months unopened, and should be refrigerated after opening and used within 3–4 weeks. Dry podis and powders last 6–8 months in an airtight container.
Do I need to refrigerate the products?
Dry powders and oil pickles do NOT require refrigeration — store them in a cool, dry place. Wet products like thokku should be refrigerated after opening. Always use a dry, clean spoon to scoop — this prevents moisture contamination and extends shelf life.
Can I freeze your products?
While our pickles can technically be frozen, it's not necessary and can sometimes alter the texture. The best approach is to store them at room temperature or in the refrigerator (for opened thokku). If you're purchasing in bulk for long-term storage, reach out to us for advice.
Do you ship across India?
Yes! We ship pan-India. Orders are packed in leak-proof, tamper-evident packaging and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days depending on your location.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges are ₹60 for orders below ₹500. Orders above ₹500 qualify for FREE delivery anywhere in India. We recommend ordering multiple items together to save on shipping!
Can I place a bulk or gifting order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods through our secure Razorpay checkout — UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and popular wallets. You can also order directly via WhatsApp and pay via UPI transfer.
What is your return/refund policy?
Since these are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery on WhatsApp and we will replace it or issue a full refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
